Our stringent and rigorous due diligence and selection processes ensure that we only take on projects that will both improve the existing communities in which they are located and keep our partner’s (and our own) investments secure.

We are only interested in developments where we are active investors as well. Via Froggy Companies, we also offer passive investors outsized return opportunities (Froggy Fund I) as well as High-impact Consulting for Investment and Development Firms (Froggy X-Factor).

Land Development:

  • Highly desirable area to live
  • Available at discount
  • Full entitled or zoned by-right
  • City or town that is (mostly) developer friendly
  • Density supports per-lot cost basis

Residential Development:

  • Increasing population
  • Not heavily dependent on single company or industry
  • Not dependent on Government subsidies
  • Pop. 5-10k (SF, Townhomes or subdivisions up to 14 units, MF up to 12-units)
  • Pop. 10k+ (larger MF and subdivisions considered)
  • Incoming industry drawing families for supportable income brackets
